Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Querétaro for AI training work. You will write, review, and improve AI-generated code, helping train AI systems to think like developers. This is hands-on engineering, fully remote, with versátil hours (10–40 hours/week).

You'll work asynchronously on diverse languages, review AI outputs, and provide feedback to improve safety and reliability of AI coding assistants.
