Infosys is seeking a Hands & Feet Support technician to provide desktop, network, and server assistance in a fast-paced environment. You will perform IMAC services, support VIP users, handle labelling, rack and server mounting, and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include L1 network troubleshooting, DHCP/DNS knowledge, Office 365 support, and strict SLA adherence. You will document incidents and contribute to knowledge base while ensuring secure, reliable IT operations.
