Hiring: MW Messaging Engineer / Exchange Administrator (10-15 Years Experience)

We are looking for an experienced MW Messaging Engineer / Exchange Administrator with 10-15 years of experience supporting enterprise messaging environments and Microsoft 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Identity, and Security .
- Deliver technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and customer-enablement activities.
- Assess platform health, configuration, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.
- Troubleshoot complex messaging and identity-related issues through telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.
- Create remediation plans based on technical findings and business impact.
- Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption activities, and service lifecycle management.

Mandatory Qualifications

- 10-15 years of experience in messaging, Microsoft infrastructure, or related technologies.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Experience in consulting or customer-facing technical roles.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops, technical training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Experience working with Microsoft administration tools.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder management,



and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on expertise in:

- Exchange Online
- Mail Flow
- SMTP
- DNS
- Identity Access Management (IAM)
- PowerShell
- Security Administration
- Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Azure
- Knowledge of Networking
- Knowledge of Governance
- Knowledge of Automation

What We're Looking For

- Strong Exchange Online administration experience
- Deep understanding of mail flow and messaging services
- Ability to resolve complex technical issues
- Customer-focused and consultative approach
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
