Tilt is seeking a Senior Credit Manager for Mexico to own the day-to-day credit performance of our cash-advance product. You will set and tune credit policy, maintain the economics model, and run experiments across the borrower lifecycle.
You will partner with Data Science to productionize models and monitor impact, while coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive profitable growth. Remote role with preference for Mexico-based candidates, travel twice yearly.
