Johnson & Johnson is recruiting an Employee Health & Well-Being Shift Doctor to support the Sálvarcar Site manufacturing site in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. The role is based in Juarez and focuses on the health of manufacturing employees on shift 1.

The EHW team implements general strategies and partners with EHS, HR, facilities, and external agencies to ensure medical surveillance, records in EMR, and effective health programs. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
