HARMAN is seeking a Global Demand Planning Lead to manage forecasting for customers and products. You will head the demand planning team, develop SKU-level plans, and feed the General S&OP; process while coordinating with sales on supply and delivery constraints.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, and regional teams to gather inputs and ensure an aligned demand plan, using BI tools and predictive analytics to improve forecast accuracy.
