Senior Business Process & Transformation Analyst

Salary: Up to MXN $35,000 gross monthly

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Process & Transformation Analyst to drive business process improvement and support transformation initiatives across local and global teams.

This role goes beyond process documentation. You will be responsible for analyzing current operations, designing optimized future-state processes, coordinating implementation activities, and ensuring that process improvements deliver measurable business results.

What You’ll Do

- Lead business process analysis, mapping, and redesign initiatives from assessment through implementation.
- Document current-state (AS-IS) processes and design future-state (TO-BE) workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies, process gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency.
- Develop process maps, SOPs, RACI matrices, SIPOC, and BPMN documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with integral teams to implement process changes.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate new workflows, and support go-live activities.
- Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and user training.
- Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented processes.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify automation opportunities and quantify expected operational efficiencies, cost savings, and business benefits.
- Track implementation progress, resolve issues, and ensure successful adoption of new processes.

What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering,



Business Administration, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Process Management, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Business Analysis.
- Proven experience leading process improvement or transformation initiatives from analysis and design through implementation.
- Strong knowledge of AS-IS / TO-BE, BPMN 2.0, process mapping, RACI, and SIPOC.
- Practical experience with UAT, implementation, stakeholder management, and change adoption.
- Experience defining KPIs and measuring operational performance and business benefits.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Advanced English proficiency and experience collaborating with cross-functional or international teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Bizagi, Visio, Signavio, or similar process modeling tools.
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
- Experience with enterprise platforms, CRM/ERP implementations, or business transformation programs.
