We’re Hiring: EHS Director | Automotive Industry
Location: Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico
A Mexican company specializing in iron casting and machining of metal components is looking for its next strategic leader to oversee Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) across its automotive manufacturing operations, fostering a culture of risk prevention, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in EHS within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, industrial safety, and occupational health.
- Experience with management systems, audits, and risk prevention.
- Knowledge of Mexican regulatory requirements and standards, including those of SEMARNAT, STPS, SIMAS, and PROFEPA.
- Experience in Facilities Management.
- Advanced English proficiency.
