You will develop and document process parameters, qualify new tooling, and mentor the technical team to sustain quality and efficiency.

Role requires hands-on experience with single-shot, 2K and 3K molding, resin knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot molding issues. Visa and travel are required for project deployments.
