SGS & Co is seeking a highly organized Talent Programs Coordinator to support global Talent Management, Learning, and Employee Experience initiatives across Propelis. You will partner with US/Global HR Leadership, coordinating onboarding/offboarding, early career programs, and annual performance cycles while maintaining integral alignment and using data-driven reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and Fluency in English (C1/C2) for daily collaboration
