The role
As part of TMICC LATAM IT, the IT OPUS Establishment - IT Deployment Lead leads establishment, deployment readiness and stabilization of OPUS-enabled IT capabilities across Latin America. The role protects business continuity, integration reliability and reporting continuity while driving effective cutover, hypercare and transition to a sustainable steady‑state run model. Operating as the LATAM counterpart to the OPUS IT Deployment Lead for North America, this role aligns enterprise standards and shared dependencies while owning regional execution.
What you'll be responsible for : Own end-to-end LATAM deployment readiness across process, data, integrations, cybersecurity, support model and adoption, protecting business continuity and prioritizing critical operational flows. Build and govern the LATAM deployment playbook, including readiness gates, checklists, RACI,
cutover and hypercare templates, defect triage and stabilization exit criteria. Coordinate readiness of SAP, Salesforce and Service Now workflows, ensuring coherent end-to-end operations across OPUS and core enterprise platforms. Lead critical integration readiness, SIT/UAT, monitoring, alerting, operational runbooks, test evidence and controlled technical and functional cutover. Partner with Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Commercial/Sales and Operations to translate business needs into requirements, acceptance criteria and measurable KPIs while managing justified local exceptions. Define the LATAM service transition and run model across L1/L2/L3, SLAs, escalations, knowledge management, vendor handoffs and measurable hypercare exit criteria using ITIL processes and Service Now. Operate the NA‑LATAM twin‑lead governance model, maintaining the LATAM single source of truth for readiness, RAID, defects, dependencies, decisions, progress and hypercare exit. Ensure secure‑by‑design delivery, data and reporting readiness, vendor performance, complete handover, decision‑oriented leadership reporting and evidence‑based go/no‑go recommendations. We're looking for someone who
Has a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in IT transformation, enterprise platforms and complex cross‑functional programmes, and can operate confidently across multiple LATAM countries.
Brings hands‑on experience with at least two of SAP, Salesforce and Service Now, plus strong end‑to‑end integration leadership, programme/PMO discipline, vendor governance and ITIL/ITSM capabilities.
Thinks end‑to‑end and takes ownerships for results, with ownership across design, testing, cutover, monitoring, operationalization, hypercare‑to‑BAU transition and stable run‑state outcomes.
Is comfortable working in a fast‑moving, evolving organisation, with high autonomy, complex dependencies, integral and local stakeholders, and post‑merger, post‑spinoff, carve‑out or greenfield environments.
Values collaboration, clarity and low‑ego ways of working, communicates effectively with senior stakeholders and vendors, and is fluent in Spanish with professional English; Portuguese is a plus.
