Eaton is seeking a Tooling Engineer to define and implement tooling and molding processes, including DFM, tool design, validation, and troubleshooting to improve quality, service, and cost metrics. The successful candidate will lead mold trials, coordinate with overseas tool shops, and support production with root-cause analysis.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Plastics Engineering, 3–5 years in tooling roles, and proficiency in English and Spanish.
