About the RoleThe Plant Controller is responsible for leading the controlling function within the operation, ensuring effective financial planning, reporting, cost controlling, and business analysis while driving team performance and compliance with established standards and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the Controlling team, ensuring achievement of business objectives and KPIs.Drive budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and cost controlling activities.Provide business analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.Ensure compliance with financial standards, governance, and internal processes.Define priorities, coordinate team activities,



and monitor execution of deliverables.Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational effectiveness.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.Experience as Plant Controller, Finance Manager, Controlling Manager, or similar role in automotive manufacturing.Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and cost management.Experience with SAP, BI tools, Oracle, and Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical, leadership, and presentation skills.Fluent English.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation package.Grocery vouchers.Professional development opportunities.
