Responsibilities
Draft and review site contracts using approved templates with senior supervision
Support contract negotiations with clinical trial sites, escalating complex issues appropriately
Track contract status, timelines, and milestones in designated tracking systems
Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and align on contract terms
Ensure contract documentation completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standard operating procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in law, business, life sciences, or related field
Initial experience in contracts, legal support, clinical research, or administration
Understanding of contract terms and negotiation fundamentals
Fluency in English
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Collaborative communication style and service-oriented approach
