Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
Excel intermediate - advanced.
English - intermediate.
2 - 3 years of experience in related areas, AR, AP, and working with ERP systems.
Experience in logistics, transport or automotive industry (desirable)
Main Responsibilities
Issue and manage customer invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
Manage accounts payable, review payment requests, and ensure accurate and timely vendor payments.




Perform customer and vendor account reconciliations, validate statements, and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
Support month-end closing activities by validating financial data, reconciling accounts, and preparing aging reports.
Maintain accurate vendor master data, manage vendor onboarding, and ensure the integrity of billing and accounting systems.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to address billing inquiries, support audits, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
