Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer demand and inventory targets
- Supports development and implementations of best & standardized Master Scheduling practices while monitoring execution across all planning resources
- Responsible for data and process analysis in support of strategy development, measurement and controls implementation that result in successful customer service, Inventory reduction and on time delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials
- Adjust schedules based on capacity, material constraints, and customer priorities.
- Analyze data, KPIs, sales forecasts, and historical trends to predict needs, identify constraints, and plan capacity
- Manage inventory levels and reduce excess and obsolete materials through proper MRP execution.
- Generate and analyze Epicor reports related to on-time delivery, job performance, and inventory turns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and logistics to streamline operations
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review production plans, resolve issues, and adjust priorities as necessary
- Utilize ERP systems to track inventory, production progress, and resource utilization

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing planning or production management
- Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Preferred:

- Experience in lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Knowledge of production scheduling tools and techniques
- Familiarity with quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to manage production and inventory data
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain logistics
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques to drive decision-making
