Responsibilities
Own and optimize accounting and controlling processes in Mexico for accurate, timely reporting
Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and SOX requirements; strengthen control environment
Lead change initiatives to improve cycle times, reduce risk, and enhance governance
Develop and coach finance team members; set expectations and build future leaders
Partner with Finance Business Partners and cross-functional leaders on financial performance and risk management
Requirements
Qualified specialist finance professional with broad expertise
Experience in integral organizations; pharma industry preferred
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, governance, and SOX compliance
Team leadership and management experience
Project management proficiency
Experience collaborating with senior management
