Job Description:

Develops and implements the company's production control functions including any of the following activities: master scheduling, production planning/coordination, shop scheduling and dispatching, material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, material and labor variance controls, and manufacturing performance reporting. Approves quantities, schedules and parts lists provided to the material control organization to ensure timely and complete ordering, as well as receipt and issuance of production material requirements. Responsible for planning, reviewing, and developing production procedures and personnel. May coordinate activities with materials function using enterprise resource planning systems. Maintains reports to reflect scheduling, methods, support performance and process procedures. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.Objetivo del Puesto:




Es responsable de administrar de manera oportuna y precisa todas las solicitudes, escaladas y prioridades de las Unidades de Negocios e Ingeniería (incluidas entre otras, la cadena de suministro, materiales y la gestión de prioridades) relacionadas con los planes diarios de prototipos (STRs). Hace planes de recuperación y cambios en la programación para reducir y eliminar las fallas de OTD / CSD al anticipar cualquier escasez o repercusión, utilizando análisis de riesgo de posición de WIP, escasez de material, capacidad de equipo, cambios en las prioridades, administrando de manera adecuada y precisa los recursos de la fábrica, operaciones, planeación, calidad, almacén, ingeniería, compras, etc.Actividades / Responsabilidades:
- Gestionar escalaciones corporativas externas dl BU relacionadas con retrasos de lotes de Prototipos.
- Proporcionar planes diarios para Lotes prototipos escalados y piezas críticas, coordinar la ejecución diaria con prontitud con el equipo de operaciones ingeniería.
- Solicitar a operaciones e ingeniería los RCA cuando no se cumplan los planes diarios, además de obtener planes de recuperación los cuales serán comunicados al BU.
- Recibir y negociar cualquier requerimiento por parte del BU, así como urgencias y respaldar la solicitud con operaciones e ingeniería para cumplir con ella.
- Participar activamente en la reunión de compromiso para Prototipos para lo que se comprometerá en las siguientes 2 semanas, si no solicitar RCA y planes de recuperación al equipo de operaciones.

Requisitos (carrera, maestría, idioma):
Carrera a nivel Licenciatura o Ingeniería, Maestría es un plus.
Ingles Avanzado, 80% mínimo hablado y Escrito

- Habilidades de Negociación y Manejo de Conflictos




- Conocimiento del Proceso y de la estructura organizacional
- Certificación Supply Chain Management(CSCM)
- Presentaciones Efectivas / Habilidades de Comunicación Escrita y Verbal
- Herramientas de Mejora Continua y Análisis de Causa Raíz
- Uso de Sistemas como Promis y Camstar
