Role: Business analyst – Intelligent AutomationStrong business analysis experience with experience of working on automation assessments and further end to end automation projects using 'Automation Anywhere (A360)' platform.Should have working knowledge of APA (Agentic Process Automation) offerings by Automation Anywhere platformProven ability to conduct requirement gathering workshops, requirement/design reviews, UAT sessions directly with customer.Excellent documentations skills and facilitations skillsShould have experience in interacting with senior stakeholders from business as well as IT functions in customer organization.Should have hands‐on experience of working on APA use case – end to end automation implementation using APA offerings.Should be well aware of various tools / offerings by Automation Anywhere A360 Platform including APA offerings.Should have fluent verbal & written communication skills in both – English & Spanish languagesAbility to nurture good relationships with various stakeholders so as to meet project objectives.Will be required to work from customer location in Monterrey – Mexico as per project requirements.
