Enroute is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to deliver exceptional technical experiences for enterprise customers.
You will join a 3–6 month project with possible extension, coordinating with Product and Engineering to onboard new customers and troubleshoot escalations.You will lead technical onboarding, provide in-depth support, design solutions, and document processes.
Fluency in Portuguese and strong English are required, with Spanish a plus, in a remote LATAM setting.
