You will own the advisory function end to end and act as the accountable person before the CNBV, while helping build a digital, scalable wealth product in close coordination with global teams.What you'll be doingAct as the certified investment advisor of the entity, accountable for every recommendation made to customersOwn the advisory framework, including investor profiling, product profiling, suitability and the reasonableness of recommendationsOwn the entity's core policies, including the Marco General de Actuación, Guía de Servicios de Inversión, conflicts of interest and disclosuresAct as the primary point of contact with the CNBV, leading information requests, supervisory visits and any remediationOwn the entity's regulatory reporting and RAI obligations, including Anexo C and annual financial informationPartner closely with product, engineering and legal teams to translate regulatory requirements into clear product specifications for the appReview and approve customer facing content,
