As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a production area and ensuring the achievement of operational objectives related to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People, and Continuous Improvement (SQCDPI).
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily production operations and ensure achievement of SQCDPI objectives.
Promote a strong culture of Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, aerospace regulations, and HSE standards.
Manage production schedules in line with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Develop, coach, and motivate production teams.
Oversee workforce planning, including shifts, overtime, and vacations.
Monitor productivity, operational KPIs, and SAP reporting.
Lead QRQC, 5S, audits,



and corrective action initiatives.
Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and applicable procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field.
English proficiency: B2 or higher.
Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of SAP, production planning, and continuous improvement methodologies.
