What You'll Do
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by ensuring effective credit risk management and collection processes.
Monitoring the accounts receivable portfolio and supporting credit risk control.
Preparing recommendations for bad debt provisions and write-offs in accordance with company policies.
Managing open credit notes, unapplied payments, and collection activities.
Analyzing financial data and preparing reports on collections performance and credit exposure.
Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, GBS Costa Rica, and GBS India teams.




Participating in credit management meetings and ensuring timely resolution of escalated issues.
Monitoring invoicing processes and following up on disputes and collection cases.
Supporting digital platforms, user adoption, process improvements, and performance indicators.
Providing local support to customers and internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Education
Bachelor's degree in:
Finance
Accounting
Economics
International Business
Related fields
A Finance specialization is a plus.
Experience
1-2 years of experience in:
Accounts Receivable
Treasury
Credit Management
Operational Finance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to work independently and drive results
Languages
Written and verbal communication skills are required.
