Rapido Solutions Group seeks an AR Support Specialist to assist the Accounts Receivable team with invoicing and billing activity.
You will ensure invoices and supporting documentation are submitted accurately and on time, monitor statuses in 4PL portals, and communicate issues for resolution.The role requires careful attention to detail and comfort with multiple billing systems.
You will upload PODs, BOLs, receipts, and other shipment records, and provide daily activity reports to the AR#J-*****-Ljbffr
