No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential.We are seeking a Senior ELN Configuration Engineer to lead the configuration, enhancement, and strategic evolution of Signals Notebook, an electronic laboratory notebook used across R&D; to document scientific experiments and results.Acting as a trusted technical authority, you will partner with Business Analysts, scientists, and technology leadership to shape complex business and laboratory requirements into scalable, robust, and user-centered configuration solutions.
You will also mentor more junior engineers and influence the long‐term direction of the ELN platform.The successful candidate will lead requirements elaboration, architect solution designs, oversee testing and release implementation, govern documentation standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring that all changes meet applicable quality, data‐integrity, and governance expectations.ResponsibilitiesLead the configuration and enhancement of Signals Notebook to support scientific experiment documentation across R&DPartner; with Business Analysts, scientists,



and technology teams to elicit, challenge, and refine complex requirementsTranslate strategic business and laboratory needs into scalable, user-centered configuration solutionsArchitect, build, and maintain advanced templates, workflows, and configurations within the ELN platformOwn solution design end-to-end and lead technical decision‐making across initiativesDefine and oversee testing strategies and coordinate release implementation activitiesEstablish and maintain documentation standards covering configurations, processes, and user guidanceDrive the strategic roadmap and continuous improvement of the ELN platform and related processesEnsure all changes adhere to applicable quality, data‐integrity, and governance expectations, and advocate best practices across the teamProvide expert‐level support to end‐users, resolve complex configuration issues, and mentor junior engineersRequirements3+ years of experience in a configuration or similar technical role within a laboratory or R&D; environmentDeep expertise in Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) platforms,
