We are seeking an experienced engineer to lead technical investigations related to product performance, failure analysis, and corrective action implementation within an electronics manufacturing environment.This role will be responsible for analyzing returned products, identifying root causes of failures, coordinating corrective actions with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform hands-on troubleshooting and failure analysis of electronic assemblies and components.Investigate product failures and determine root causes using structured problem-solving methodologies.Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address recurring issues.Analyze product returns, field failures, and customer-reported issues.Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering,



and Operations teams to support problem resolution.Prepare technical reports and communicate investigation results to stakeholders.Monitor trends and recommend improvements to reduce recurring failures and improve product reliability.Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and customer satisfaction.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related technical field.Experience in electronics manufacturing environments.Hands-on experience with PCBAs, PCBs, SMT processes, or electronic assemblies.Strong troubleshooting and failure analysis skills.Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis and implementing corrective actions.Ability to interpret technical data and communicate findings effectively.Conversational English.Preferred QualificationsExperience in product quality, reliability, validation, testing, warranty, or customer quality functions.Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, CAPA, or FMEA.Experience using diagnostic and laboratory equipment.Previous involvement in cross-functional improvement projects.Technical SkillsPCBA and PCB troubleshootingSMT manufacturing processesElectronic component analysisRoot Cause Analysis (RCA)Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)#J-*****-Ljbffr
