HR Generalist Training & Talent Development

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in Training & Talent Developmentto join our team in Mexico.

This position will play a key role in supporting the organization through the implementation of HR initiatives, with a particular focus on employee development, organizational development, talent management, performance, culture, and engagement, while also providing support across general Human Resources processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify learning, development, and organizational needs in collaboration with managers and business leaders.
• Design, coordinate, and implement Learning & Development programs aligned with business objectives and employee development needs.
• Develop, execute, and follow up on the Annual Training Plan, including schedules, providers, budgets, logistics, documentation, and effectiveness evaluations.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs,



ensuring an effective integration of new employees into the organization.
• Support Organizational Development initiatives, including organizational culture, employee engagement, competency development, and change management.
• Participate in talent management, performance management, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Partner with managers to identify competency and development gaps and establish individual and team development plans.
• Monitor the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives through KPIs, evaluations, feedback, and development indicators.
• Coordinate internal and external training providers and maintain relationships with specialized vendors.
• Support employee engagement and organizational climate initiatives, identifying opportunities to strengthen employee experience and organizational culture.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Mexican labor
