FSE Planner

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Your mission is to streamline field operations planning by serving as the key point of contact for internal customers, ensuring accurate resource scheduling, system integrity, and cross-regional coordination. You will optimize operational performance through proactive technician management, negotiation, and strategic skill development.

YOUR MISSION

Field administrators provide administrative support to teams or individuals working in the field and back office support.
This can involve a wide range of tasks, such as coordinating meetings, managing documents, or providing general office support.
They may also assist in organizing and maintaining information, as well as analyzing data related to field operations.
Main Responsibilities
• Register the request on excel file.
• When the FSE manager assigns and prebooks the FSE on FSM, send the assignment when requested by manager.
• Update the name of the FSE on the excel file.
• If external FSE, follow up on logistics with the company.
• If internal FSE, book logistics.




• Assign the activity on FSM. Follow up with the owner of the intervention for the activity to be on handbook and released.
• Manage extension and update activities on FSM according to manager approval.
• Follow up on training FSE.
• Review with manager once per week the activities of the following week.
• Manage any logistics, shipment, update for FSE.
• Manage expenses and payroll for FSE.
• Cover on week end for travels according to on call roll.

YOUR PROFILE

Education Qualifications
• Practically based, occupationally specific
• Bachelor degree in Engineering is a plus

Language Requirements
• English
• Foreign language as per regional allocation is a plus

Professional Qualifications and Experience
• 3 years experience in administration activities
• Proficient on Excel, power point.
