Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to lead advanced HR operations across Latin America from a remote base in Mexico. You will partner with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and Integral People Services to deliver compliant, scalable HR delivery across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Peru.
You will oversee multi-country operational leadership, employee relations, governance, and strategic HR transformation initiatives.
