Tech Consultant Specialist – Sap Success Factors and Test Automation • Ciudad de México DF, Azcapotzalco, MX

Job Description
We are looking for a Tech Consultant Specialist with strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors and automated testing to support HR technology solutions, enhance system quality, and deliver end-to-end improvements in an Agile environment. The idóneo candidate combines technical expertise in SuccessFactors Learning and Succession & Development with extensive experience in Tricentis Tosca test automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR Product Owners, Agile Leads,



and Scrum Masters to deliver HR technology solutions and manage the product backlog.
- Develop and execute automated test suites using Tricentis Tosca.
- Create test strategies, test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and functional and technical documentation.
- Perform functional, API, UI, mobile, performance, accessibility, and platform upgrade testing.
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors, Talent Marketplace, and Degreed solutions.
- Develop custom reports and notifications in SuccessFactors Learning.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and distributed teams to deliver end-to-end changes.
- Follow Agile, DevOps, release management, quality assurance, and governance standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Hands‑on experience implementing or supporting SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Succession & Development modules.
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors fun
