At SKF, we believe in creating intelligent and sustainable solutions that help the world move forward. We are looking for a Central Operations Representative to join our team in Puebla and support our Customer Service operations across Canada.
This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, delivering high-quality support to internal stakeholders, and contributing to an outstanding customer experience through efficient order management and process execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, returns, and credit requests accurately and efficiently.
- Support the resolution of customer inquiries through effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Review and maintain orderbook accuracy, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Provide administrative and operational support to Customer Engagement teams.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization efforts.
What You Bring
- Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1), both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or related functions within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (SAP/C4C is an advantage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication skills across email, phone, and virtual platforms.
- French language proficiency is considered a strong asset for supporting operations in Quebec, Canada.
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
