Bolder Apps is hiring a Founding Harness Engineer to build the runtime for an AI agent that collaborates inside team tools. You’ll shape context, tool choices, and when to act, with a focus on robust, testable behavior and safe data handling.
You’ll work directly with a founding team to ship real user features, with a path from contract to full-time. Remote from LATAM or Eastern Europe, overlapping US Pacific time, you’ll help define the product from day one.
