ARQ, a fast-growing fintech, is seeking the certified investment advisor for its Mexico investment advisory entity. You will own the advisory function end to end and serve as the accountable person before the CNBV, while helping build a digital, scalable wealth product with integral teams.
You will coordinate with product, engineering and legal to translate regulations into practical requirements, review client content and portfolios, and ensure properly documented, suitable recommendations.
