What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Identity, and Security solutions.
- Lead technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.
- Assess Exchange platform health, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.
- Troubleshoot complex issues using telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.
- Create remediation plans aligned to business and technical priorities.
- Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption programs, and service lifecycle activities.

- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, delivery, security, and business stakeholders.
- Continuous learning mindset and passion for customer success.
