HP Indigo remote support team seeks a highly skilled engineer to deliver end-to-end remote technical support for North American clients. You will leverage remote diagnostics and data insights to resolve issues while driving a Shift Left approach and knowledge transfer.
You will engage with customers remotely, lead RCA efforts, and collaborate with Field Engineers, delivery teams, and parts approvals to continuously improve service quality and reduce dispatches.
