You will coach a 5-person SDR group, drive multi-channel sequences, MEDPIC qualification, and effective objection handling, while staying hands-on when needed. You will own the hiring process with HR and the VP of Sales, run weekly 1:1s, maintain a transparent playbook in Confluence, and push AI-powered automation across the funnel.
