Actively managing risk and ensuring compliance, whilst proactively identifying issues and developing solutions. Documentation & ValidationMaintain metrics and a reporting framework to accurately articulate project performance where targeted on opening new entitiesSupport the Business Leadership in the implementation of growth plansProject Management support and ensuring the completion of projects on time and within budget.Liaising with local legal service providers for entity incorporation, registered address & office, and mandatory licensing and with our internal team across; HR, Payroll, Finance, Product and Marketing.Reviewing of legal advice across new countries.Reviewing and updating processes that will ensure best practices and success.Assisting internal teams with business model-related queries.Keep up to date on legal/regulatory/tax-based developments or changes that could affect Entity compliance in regionEnsure the Safeguard General business is compliant with local regulations and laws.Acts with the highest level of integri
