- Addressing staff and supervisor/manager issues
- Preparing reports and actions to reduce absenteeism and turnover
- Coordinating employee services
- Participating in safety brigades and the Health and Safety Committee
- Preparation of various reports for the client's corporate office related to turnover, absenteeism, headcount, accidents, and all types of compensation.
- Headcount preparation.
- Preparation of salary and wage studies to propose salary and benefit improvements to the client.




- Participation in weekly and monthly meetings with the client and when required by IVEMSA Central Services.
- Coordination of social, sporting, and corporate social responsibility events.
- Control and preparation of job descriptions, as well as their corresponding updates, whether for annual review or any requested changes.
- Preparation and maintenance of Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field
- 5 years of experience in the field
- Knowledge of Labor Laws (IMSS, INFONAVIT, LFT)
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in TRESS software
- Personnel management
