We are seeking a Senior Associate, Commercial Performance Analytics to serve as a hands-on individual contributor within the Mexico Analytics Center (MAC), supporting the Specialty Care and Primary Care brand-aligned teams within Performance Analytics and Insights (PAI), part of Integral Commercial Analytics (GCA).
This role executes and maintains analytics solutions — datasets, dashboards,
and reporting assets — that power commercial performance tracking, working from priorities and specifications defined by PAI leads and following established analytics frameworks.
Working closely with US-based PAI colleagues, the successful candidate will help maintain and continuously improve the commercial analytics and reporting ecosystem, applying SQL, Python, R, and related tools to build reliable, well-documented analytical outputs.
This is a collaborative, detail-oriented role suited to someone who wants to build strong technical and analytical fundamentals while working alongside more senior analytics colleagues.
