Travel Operations & Client Services Coordinator — Remote
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to support clients with travel planning and reservation coordination in a remote environment.
The Travel Operations & Client Services Coordinator will assist with researching travel options, organizing trip details, coordinating reservations, and providing professional client support throughout the planning process. This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys travel, organization, customer service, and working with detailed information.
Travel industry experience is helpful but not required. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you become familiar with travel systems, suppliers, booking procedures, and client service standards.
Responsibilities
Research travel options based on client preferences, trip requirements, and budget
Assist with coordinating hotels, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, tours, and activities
Prepare and organize client travel itineraries and reservation information
Review booking details for accuracy and completeness




Communicate professionally with clients through email, phone, and online platforms
Assist with reservation modifications, cancellations, and other client requests
Maintain accurate and organized client and reservation recordsResearch destinations, travel products, and supplier offerings
Stay current on relevant travel information, policies, and available services
Provide timely and professional client support throughout the planning process
