As a Business Analyst II on Compassion's Finance Center of Excellence team, you will play a key role in supporting finance-wide projects, processes, governance, and reporting that help leaders make informed decisions and prioritize work that brings the greatest value to the ministry.
This role combines project coordination, business process analysis, reporting, stakeholder facilitation, and operational support to ensure finance initiatives are aligned, sustainable, and effective.
Working across global finance teams, you will help manage project resource capacity and prioritization, maintain capacity and operational reporting, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and support continuous process improvement efforts.
This position is idóneo for a collaborative and curious professional who enjoys bringing clarity to complex information, influencing through relationships, and helping teams work more effectively together.
At this career level, this analyst works independently on moderately complex assignments, provides recommendations based on data and analysis,
