The General Manager will be responsible for leading all operations of the manufacturing plant in Querétaro.
This role requires a strong operational and strategic mindset, a hands-on leadership approach, solid financial acumen, and the ability to drive operational excellence, business performance, and continuous improvement across the organization.
+ 5 years of experience of leadership in a manufacturing plantStrong financial and operational management experience Experience in B2B manufacturing companies Strong hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience in a growing SME environment.
Experience within the Automotive industry is a plus.
Business development skills are a plus.
Advanced English required.
