AlertMedia is looking for an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to join our growing People team in Mexico. This role will help build and manage the operational foundation of our Mexico People function, supporting payroll, benefits, HR systems, time and attendance, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle administration, and vendor coordination.
Reporting to the Regional HR Manager and partnering closely with General HR Operations, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, and external providers, you will help ensure our People Operations processes are accurate, compliant, scalable, and deliver a great employee experience.

You are a detail-oriented and service-minded HR Operations professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes. You understand that great People Operations requires both accuracy and strong employee experience.
