Network Administrator S to lead and support enterprise voice and unified communications initiatives.You will manage CUCM deployments, configure SIP trunks, and ensure high-quality VoIP across manufacturing sites and offices, with on-call rotation as needed.
Fluency in English and Spanish, ITIL-aligned incident handling, and hands-on experience with QoS, Wireshark, and Direct Routing to migrate from on-prem CUCM are highly valued.
