You will manage global P&L;, lead negotiations, and roll out benefits in Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil, ensuring local relevance while keeping scalable infrastructure.
This hybrid role offers career growth, ESOP and learning budget; English and Spanish are working languages, with Portuguese a bonus.
