Role Summary:
As a key member of the People Experience team, you will drive the local execution of general HR programs, serving as the heartbeat of the employee journey and fostering an inclusive environment. Reporting to the People Experience Lead, this role acts as the primary HR partner for employees and managers across the region, translating global policies into practical solutions.



You will optimize HR service delivery, coach leadership, and drive operational excellence to support strategic business priorities. This opportunity offers broad exposure across diverse business units while directly influencing workforce growth and development.
Responsibilities:
Manage the execution of critical global HR programs, including performance management, talent planning, learning & development, and compensation, in close partnership with People Business Partners (PBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Partner closely with COEs, Ethics & Compliance, and Legal to implement new global initiatives, conduct investigations, and resolve complex employee relations cases.
Elevate the employee lifecycle experience across key "moments that matter," including onboarding, offboarding, and major career transitions.
