Position: BIM Architectural Detailer
We are seeking an experienced architectural professional with strong BIM modeling, detailing, and construction documentation skills for projects built in the United States.
The adecuado candidate understands not only how to create accurate BIM models, but also how buildings are actually constructed. They will develop coordinated, buildable construction documents with careful consideration of U.S. construction methods, materials, building systems, codes, and industry standards.
Our projects are primarily commercial, small retail plazas, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and coordinate BIM models, preferably in Revit.
• Produce complete construction document sets, including plans, elevations, sections, wall sections, architectural details, schedules, and permit drawings.
• Create clear, accurate, and constructible architectural details.
• Apply knowledge of U.S. construction methods, materials, assemblies, and industry standards.
• Coordinate architectural documentation with structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants.
• Review drawings for coordination, quality, constructability, and consistency before issuance.
• Support projects through permitting, bidding, and construction administration, including revisions and responses to RFIs.

Qualifications
• Proven experience producing architectural construction documents for projects in the United States.
• Strong BIM and Revit skills.
• Strong architectural detailing skills and understanding of construction assemblies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. construction standards, building practices, materials, and methods.
• Familiarity with applicable U.S. building codes, permitting requirements, and industry standards.
• Experience with commercial, retail, and/or mixed-use projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project priorities.
