As part of our expansion and new corporate office opening, we are looking for a professional and service-oriented Receptionist to be the face of our organization.

Purpose
Plan, coordinate, and execute the brand’s BTL, events, PR, and experiential marketing initiatives, ensuring high-quality execution and consistency with the brand’s positioning and commercial objectives.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of brand events and product launches, management of PR and event agencies, media and KOL vehicle loans, press activities, and coordination of the agency responsible for the Marketing Vehicle Pool.
The position will work closely with Product, Sales, Dealer Network, PR, and external partners to maximize brand exposure, product awareness, media coverage, and customer engagement.

Position Tasks and Responsibilities

BTL, Brand Events & Product Launches




• Develop and execute the annual BTL and experiential marketing plan.
• Plan and coordinate product launches, media events, ride & drives, brand experiences, dealer events, activations, and special events.
• Develop comprehensive event briefs including objectives, target audience, key messages, experience concept, agenda, logistics, production requirements, KPIs, and budget.
• Coordinate event agencies, production companies, venues, suppliers, audiovisual teams, catering, transportation, and other partners.
• Manage events from initial briefing and agency pitching through production, execution, and post-event evaluation.
• Coordinate vehicle logistics and product displays for events and activations.
• Ensure all event executions comply with brand identity, positioning, and quality standards.
