We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex telecommunications and IT infrastructure implementations across Latin America. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise networking, cloud, security, and connectivity solutions.
Key Responsibilities• Lead customer implementation projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Serve as the primary interface between customers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate multi-country deployments and implementation activities.
• Drive issue resolution, change management, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and service transition activities.





Required Experience• 5+ years of project management or customer-facing experience within Telecom, Networking, or IT Services.
• Experience leading infrastructure, network, cloud, security, or connectivity implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• CCNA, CCNP, or related networking certifications.
• Experience working with multinational teams and regional deployments across LATAM.
