The role focuses on planning coordination and stakeholder engagement for auto verification and validation initiatives in a day shift environment. The Account Coordinator will ensure accurate project data consistent status tracking and timely reporting to enable predictable outcomes and operational excellence for the organization.

Responsibilities

 Manage end to end project data within PS Project information System to ensure accurate planning tracking and reporting that supports predictable project outcomes

 Coordinate day to day project activities across teams to maintain alignment with scope schedule and quality expectations within a hybrid work model

 Monitor project progress metrics and milestones to identify deviations early and support timely corrective actions that reduce delivery risk

 Prepare structured project schedules and task plans to guide teams through auto verification and validation activities and ensure consistent execution





 Maintain detailed documentation of project decisions risks issues and actions to support traceability and informed decision making across stakeholders

 Engage with project stakeholders regularly to capture requirements clarify expectations and provide transparent status updates that build trust

 Support project risk and issue management by documenting impacts tracking owners and following up on resolution activities until closure

 Coordinate review meetings workshops and status forums to enable effective collaboration across functional teams involved in project execution

 Administer change management processes by capturing change requests documenting impacts and supporting approval workflows to protect project integrity

 Ensure compliance with organizational standards templates and methodologies for project management and auto verification and validation practices
